Axion Finance
Financial data. A shared view.

The problem behind it.
Axion Finance brings bank and cash accounts, loan repayments, financial records and company documents into a central workspace. I worked on full-stack web development and established the mobile application.
Tracking accounts, currency balances and loan schedules across separate files makes it difficult to see the financial position of a company group. Individual-company and consolidated views must remain consistent with user permissions.
I made company scope a shared application context, connecting data queries, authorization and financial calculations to it. I developed the mobile side of the product with React Native and Expo.

What I built.
Web architecture and company scope
I developed the Next.js App Router and Server Actions layers. A central scope selector keeps individual-company and consolidated group views aligned across queries and screens.
Role and operation permissions
I developed a dynamic permissions matrix covering read, create, update, delete and Excel export operations across more than 15 modules.
Loan schedules and data import
I worked on installments, repayment schedules and cash impact dates, including month-end, weekend and holiday rules. I developed trial-balance import and account-mapping services.
Mobile architecture and biometric sign-in
I established the React Native and Expo Router application. A custom hook detects the biometric method available on the device and adapts Face ID or fingerprint sign-in.
Mobile finance and sharing
I developed cash summaries, bank accounts, installments, documents and contact screens, including IBAN copying and the native share sheet.
Mobile data states
I combined Zustand and TanStack Query for scope and data management and standardized loading and empty states.
Inside the product.
Captured from the application. Open a screen to explore it in full.
Behind the decisions.
Shared scope model
I centralized company selection and enforced scope checks in service and query layers.
Consistent operation pages
I used dedicated, consistent create and edit flows.
Calculations separate from UI
Financial calculations remain separate from the interface so date and repayment behavior can be tested.
Device-aware flows
Biometric hardware, clipboard and sharing features support the product’s everyday mobile tasks.
What comes next.
Planned features, separate from the completed scope.
- Direct account-transaction integration through bank APIs.
- Push notifications for exchange-rate alerts.
A small interaction to try.
A standalone concept demo with sample data.

What stayed with me.
Presenting the same financial data consistently across users, companies and devices requires scope, permissions and calculation models to work together.
